Opes is a proposed Nevada-chartered retail trust company in organization. It is not chartered and does not currently provide fiduciary or trustee services.

Founding Partner Program

Help shape the next generation of independent trust administration.

Opes is assembling 25 estate-planning, wealth-management, tax, and family-office firms to participate as founding design partners before launch.

Participation creates no obligation to refer business and no client, fiduciary, or attorney-client relationship.

Program benefits

What founding partners receive.

01

Early input into service design

Acceptance standards, reporting formats, fee structure, and workflow design are being built now. Founding partners shape them before they harden.

02

Preliminary review of representative cases

Submit anonymized structures and receive non-binding observations on administrability, friction points, and drafting considerations.

03

Priority access after regulatory authorization

Founding partners are intended to be the first firms onboarded once a charter is granted and operations commence.

04

Founding pricing consideration

Fee arrangements for founding partner matters are intended to reflect their contribution to building the institution.

05

Dedicated partner contact

A named point of contact within the organizing group, and later within the operating company, rather than a service queue.

06

Participation in design workshops

Working sessions with the organizing group on directed structures, complex assets, governance, and cross-border administration.

07

Early access to partner resources and workflows

Drafting considerations, acceptance checklists, and previews of the partner-facing digital experience as they are developed.

Who we are looking for

Selection considerations.

  • Meaningful practice with families holding complex or private assets
  • Estate planning, wealth management, tax, or family-office focus
  • Willingness to engage substantively on service design
  • Comfort working within a directed trust framework
  • Interest in a long-term institutional relationship rather than a single matter

What participation involves

Expectations, both ways.

Time commitment

A handful of working sessions and case reviews over the formation period.

What we ask for

Candid feedback, anonymized case material, and honest criticism of the model.

What we do not ask for

Capital, exclusivity, client introductions, or any commitment to refer.

Confidentiality

Program discussions are treated as confidential business correspondence.

How to join

Three steps.

Step 1

Request a conversation

A short introductory call with the organizing group.

Step 2

Review the program

We walk through the model, the roadmap, and what we are asking for.

Step 3

Confirm participation

A written program outline, with no obligation to refer business.

The Founding Partner Program is a pre-launch design collaboration. Opes is not chartered, cannot accept trust appointments, and makes no representation that a charter will be granted or that any benefit described here will become available. Nothing in the program constitutes an offer of securities, an investment opportunity, compensation for referrals, or an offer of fiduciary services.

Twenty-five firms will help design this institution.
